Sonifex SCi Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
This FAQ (frequently asked questions) answers some of the popular questions asked about theSonifex SCi software. If you have any specific questions regarding the operation of SCi which aren't covered below, please contact your nearest distributor, or Sonifex directly.
How do I install SCi on a computer running Windows 7, Windows8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, or Windows 11?
Browse to our Software Download page which can be found under Technical Support.
Download the SCi 2 (Full Installation) software.
Navigate to the "Downloaded" file, this is usually downloaded to the "Downloads" Folder unless changed by the user.
Right click on the downloaded file setup.exe and select "Run as Administrator" from the pop up window.
Once installed run as normal and the units should now be discovered, if not contact technical support for further advice: technical.support@sonifex.co.uk
